Cancellation Policy

At Kagopo, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. This policy explains how cancellations work, including timelines, conditions, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation Window

  • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may initiate a return after receiving the item (see our Return & Refund Policy).

2. How to Request a Cancellation

  • To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible:
    • Email: cs@kagopo.com
    • Include your order number and request for cancellation.
  • Our team will confirm whether the cancellation is possible based on the status of your order.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your order is canceled successfully before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–8 business days depending on your payment provider.

4. Exceptions

  • Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.
  • In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to return your order once delivered.
