Return & Refund Policy

At Kagopo, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we provide a clear and simple returns and refunds process.


1. Returns Period

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene or safety reasons, some items cannot be returned. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our Customer Service team at cs@kagopo.com.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, items will be inspected.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–8 business days depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Please return your item for a refund.
  • Place a new order for the desired item.
